Welcome to Aryes Traslados. These Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter, "Terms") govern the use of our executive and VIP transportation services, as well as the access to and use of our website www.aryestraslados.com (hereinafter, the "Website").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Aryes Traslados": refers to the company providing the transportation services.
• "Client": refers to the natural or legal person who contracts the services of Aryes Traslados.
• "Service(s)": refers to the executive and VIP transportation services offered by Aryes Traslados, including airport, corporate, tourist, diplomatic and hourly transfers, among others.
• "Vehicle": refers to the type of unit or vehicle model provided by Aryes Traslados.
• "Driver": refers to the Aryes Traslados professional in charge of operating the Vehicle and providing the Service.

2. Bookings and confirmation

2.1. Booking process: bookings can be made through our Website, email (contacto@aryestraslados.com), phone or WhatsApp. The Client must provide all information necessary for the Service, including date, time, pickup point, destination, number of passengers, amount of luggage and any special requests.

2.2. Confirmation: all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Aryes Traslados. Once confirmed, the Client will receive an email or message with the Service details, including the Vehicle type, the fare and the relevant instructions.

2.3. Modifications: any modification to a confirmed booking must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and may generate additional charges.

2.4. Cancellations: cancellations must be reported at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to charges according to our specific cancellation policy, which will be detailed in the booking confirmation.

3. Fares and payments

3.1. Fares: Service fares will be communicated to the Client at the time of booking or quotation. These fares may vary depending on the type of Service, distance, time, Vehicle type and any special requests.

3.2. Payment methods: we accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment may be required in advance or at the end of the Service, depending on the type of booking and the agreement with the Client.

3.3. Additional charges: additional charges may apply for extended waiting times (beyond the courtesy period), detours not previously requested, tolls, parking, baby seats, or any other service not included in the original fare. These charges will be communicated to the Client and invoiced separately.

3.4. Invoicing: the corresponding invoice will be issued for the Services provided, in accordance with current legislation.

4. Client responsibilities

4.1. Accurate information: the Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking. Any error or omission affecting the provision of the Service will be the Client's responsibility.

4.2. Punctuality: the Client must be ready at the agreed place and time for the start of the Service. Aryes Traslados is not responsible for delays caused by the Client's lack of punctuality.

4.3. Conduct: the Client and their companions must maintain respectful and appropriate conduct during the Service. Smoking, consuming alcohol or illegal drugs, and any behavior that endangers the safety of the Driver or the Vehicle are prohibited.

4.4. Vehicle damage: the Client will be responsible for any damage caused to the Vehicle due to negligence or misuse by the Client or their companions.

4.5. Luggage: the Client is responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Aryes Traslados is not responsible for the loss of or damage to items left in the Vehicle.

5. Responsibilities of Aryes Traslados

5.1. Service provision: Aryes Traslados is committed to providing the Services with the utmost professionalism, punctuality, safety and discretion.

5.2. Drivers: our Drivers are trained professionals, with the corresponding licenses and authorizations, and with in-depth knowledge of the routes.

5.3. Vehicles: our fleet of Vehicles is in optimal condition, duly authorized, insured and maintained in accordance with safety and comfort standards.

5.4. Limitation of liability: Aryes Traslados is not responsible for forgotten items, traffic delays, weather conditions, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of any incident, the liability of Aryes Traslados will be limited to the value of the contracted Service.

6. Intellectual property

All Website content, including texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, software and design, is the property of Aryes Traslados or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Its reproduction, distribution, modification or use without the express consent of Aryes Traslados is prohibited.

7. Privacy

The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. We recommend reading it to understand our data practices.

8. Modifications to the terms

Aryes Traslados reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Website. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
